Television series films episodes in Kent

I had the privilege of persuading the brilliant Artist, Charles Evans, to come to Kent to paint the beautiful towns of Faversham and Margate. These are to be two episodes of a series, filmed across England.

The series called 'Brush up your History ' will be shown on Discovery in January. As well as showing budding Artists tips and techniques to improve their painting skills, Charles visits local areas of history and interest in the towns. We are hoping to get another episode filmed on the island later this month.

Garlinge Community - Have Your Say !

If you are around and want to have a say in Garlinge's community come to the Community meeting Garlinge Primary School, Westfield Road. Thursday 19th November 2009 6.30pm. A chance to find out about the Garlinge Residents' association and the progress things happening in your village.

November is here. Last week, I had the privilege of going to the now annual Lymington Road Hallowe'en Party at Westgate Pavilion. Excellent fun and those who didn't make it missed me in full costume.
